Join us for Community Time, a free and welcoming session open to everyone! Every week, we dedicate three hours to bring the community together to learn, train, and connect.

  • 10:30 AM: Kids’ BJJ Class – A fun and engaging session for kids to learn foundational techniques and build confidence.

  • 11:30 AM: Adults’ BJJ Class – Open to all skill levels, this class focuses on learning and refining techniques in a friendly, supportive environment.

  • 12:30 PM: Open Mat – Everyone is welcome to roll, practice, or simply watch and learn!

Will I get hurt training BJJ?

While there is always some risk in any physical activity, BJJ emphasizes safety and control. Training with experienced partners and following your instructor’s guidance will help minimize the chance of injury.

How long does it take to earn a black belt in BJJ?

Progress in BJJ takes time and dedication. On average, it can take 8–12 years to earn a black belt, but the journey is different for everyone. Enjoy the process and focus on consistent improvement.

Is BJJ good for self-defense?

Yes! BJJ teaches techniques to control and neutralize an opponent, even if they are larger or stronger. Its focus on real-world scenarios makes it an excellent martial art for self-defense.
